Paul Wellings - Specialist Economist

Paul Wellings specialises in commercial due diligence, feasibility studies, valuation and acquisitions and financial modelling for the cement and related industries. He worked for Atkins for 25 years and was Associate Director of the Heavy Industries Group, majoring in cement, minerals and steel.  He is very familiar and experienced with the requirements of lenders / investors and has advised many clients seeking finance for their projects through the preparation of Bankable Documents.

On due diligence, valuation, and feasibility studies he has worked closely with a variety of international banks and multilateral financial institutions. In addition, Paul also has a broader experience of strategic issues within the heavy industry and building materials sectors, including market assessments, privatisation and the selling of industrial assets.
