Nick Hepher is a highly experienced specialist engineer from within the cement sector with a particular focus on milling, particle and separation technologies. With over 40 years’ experience on the ‘front line’, Nick’s ‘hands on’ approach has involved him in all aspects of the business including process design, sales, contract execution, spares and services. He has experience operating successfully at Senior Managerial and Technician level. He has been responsible for the engineering aspects of projects, both 'turn-key' and 'supply-only', and involved in sales and project management for both new plant and upgrade projects in both the UK and overseas.

Nick has a thorough understanding of the key elements of major plant contracts and can identify the critical points on which the success or failure of such projects hang.
